FORMS:
- ANY TRADITIONAL FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED
- FORM COULD BE OF ANY STYLE OR RANK, PLEASE NO FREE-STYLE FORMS
- FORMS WILL BE JUDGED BASED ON CONCENTRATION, BALANCE, GRACE, STRENGTH, TECHNIQUE, FLEXIBILITY, AGILITY, AND SPIRIT
NO INTRODUCTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED, COMPETITOR MUST GET THEMSELVES IN A READY POSITION AND AWAIT FOR THE COMMAND TO BEGIN.
BREAKING:
- COMPETITORS ARE ADVISED TO PROTECT THE FLOOR WHEN USING ANY BREAKING MATERIALS THAT WILL DAMAGE THE GYM FLOOR
- EACH COMPETITOR WILL BE ALLOWED THREE (3) MINUTES TO SET UP AND COMPLETE HIS/HER ROUTINE
- CLOCK BEGINS AS SOON AS THE COMPETITOR STEPS ONTO THE COMPETITION AREA
- COMPETITORS WILL BE ALLOWED ONLY THREE (3) ATTEMPTS PER STATION. (AFTER UNSUCCESSFUL 3RD ATTEMPT YOU MUST MOVE ON TO THE NEXT STATION)
- NO MORE THAN THREE STATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED
NO INTRODUCTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED, COMPETITOR MUST GET THEMSELVES IN A READY POSITION AND AWAIT FOR THE COMMAND TO BEGIN.
WEAPONS:
- WEAPONS WILL BE JUDGED ON: CONTROL OF THE WEAPON, POWER, FLOW & FOCUS, TECHNIQUE & BALANCE
- 1 POINT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM SCORE FOR DROPPED WEAPON
- HALF POINT WILL BE DEDUCTED IF YOU HIT YOURSELF WITH A WEAPON
- ALL WEAPONS ACCEPTED
NO INTRODUCTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED, COMPETITOR MUST GET THEMSELVES IN A READY POSITION AND AWAIT FOR THE COMMAND TO BEGIN
